Cycle Performance Analysis
Analyze Brayton-cycle performance, compressor maps, pressure ratios, component matching, fuel use, and off-design operating points to improve gas turbine efficiency and predict system behavior.
SimTurbo gives engineers a component-based environment to design, analyze, and refine axial-compressor behavior within complete gas turbine models. Explore steady-state and transient performance, match compressors with turbines, evaluate off-design operating points, and validate control strategies in real time. Built for aerospace, marine, power-generation, research, and university applications, the platform turns complex thermodynamic data into clear, actionable engineering insight.

SimTurbo helps engineers move from a compressor concept to a connected, testable engine model without treating the system as a black box. Its graphical, component-based architecture supports parameter changes, performance mapping, steady-state and transient studies, and interactive visualization on standard PCs. Export simulation data to Excel, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python for deeper post-processing, reporting, optimization, and control-law development.

Specialized simulation tools support faster, more transparent gas turbine engineering decisions.
Build with configurable components instead of relying on an opaque engine-model black box.
Visualize transient behavior and throttle effects interactively on standard PCs during engineering studies.
J85-GE-21 validation reports accuracy within plus or minus two percent against NASA test data.
University, classroom, laboratory, and student licensing options support practical propulsion-engineering education.
Experienced leadership for focused gas turbine simulation innovation.

Axial compressor design software helps engineers model how a compressor affects airflow, pressure ratio, efficiency, shaft work, and operating limits within a gas turbine. It is useful for conceptual engine studies, component matching, performance-map evaluation, off-design analysis, and control development. In SimTurbo, compressor models can be connected with inlets, combustors, turbines, shafts, nozzles, and related engine components.
