Engine Architecture Design
Configure complete gas turbine engine concepts with graphical components, shaft arrangements, combustor layouts, compressor and turbine matching, and optimized operating configurations.
SimTurbo gives engineers, researchers, and students a practical environment for designing, analyzing, and validating gas turbine systems. Model complete engine architectures, examine steady-state and transient behavior, test control logic, and compare advanced cycle concepts with interactive, real-time insight. Built for aerospace, marine, power-generation, and academic applications, our Windows-based platform helps turn complex propulsion questions into actionable engineering decisions.

Specialized simulation tools for gas turbine design, performance analysis, control validation, and engineering education.
Configure complete gas turbine engine concepts with graphical components, shaft arrangements, combustor layouts, compressor and turbine matching, and optimized operating configurations.
Analyze Brayton-cycle performance, thrust or power output, fuel consumption, pressure ratios, component maps, emissions, and off-design operating conditions.
Evaluate dynamic engine behavior through startup, shutdown, throttle changes, load events, actuator response, fault conditions, and environmental variations.
Develop and validate PID controls, fuel schedules, limiters, FADEC logic, sensor models, protection strategies, and closed-loop transient responses.
Compare recuperated, regenerated, reheated, intercooled, and afterburning configurations to investigate thermal efficiency, waste-heat recovery, and next-generation propulsion concepts.
Support propulsion courses, laboratory exercises, capstone projects, faculty research, and student learning through flexible academic simulation licensing options.
SimTurbo replaces opaque engine models with a component-based workspace where engineering teams can build, re-parameterize, and evaluate gas turbine systems in detail. Interactive diagrams and graphs help users connect design changes to performance outcomes, while real-time physics modeling supports steady-state and transient studies. Exportable data also extends analysis into Excel, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python for reporting, post-processing, and deeper validation workflows.

A focused platform for engineers who need transparent, interactive gas turbine simulation.
Founder-led expertise draws on more than 45 years across aerospace, automotive, and power systems.
Component-based architecture lets engineers examine system behavior instead of relying on black-box models.
Interactive graphs and diagrams reveal steady-state, throttle, and transient effects on standard PCs.
J85-GE-21 comparisons report performance accuracy within plus or minus two percent against NASA test data.
Engineering experience paired with responsive technical product guidance.
