SimTurbo combines graphical engine architecture, physics-based component models, and interactive analysis in one engineer-friendly workspace. Build transparent gas turbine models rather than relying on a black box, then examine performance from steady operating points through rapid transients. Export data for Excel, MATLAB/Simulink, or Python workflows while using built-in controls to support virtual prototyping, validation, and informed design decisions.

Purpose-built capabilities help technical teams move from engine concept to validated insight.
Founder-led expertise draws on more than 45 years across aerospace, automotive, and power systems engineering.
Component-based architecture lets engineers inspect, configure, and refine engine systems without black-box assumptions.
Interactive standard-PC simulation visualizes steady-state behavior, transients, throttle effects, and control response as models run.
J85-GE-21 validation against NASA Lewis test data reports accuracy within plus or minus 2%.

Turbomachinery transfers energy between a rotating rotor and a flowing fluid. In a gas turbine, the compressor raises air pressure, the combustor adds heat through fuel combustion, and the turbine extracts energy from hot gases to drive the compressor and produce useful shaft power or thrust. Simulation models represent these components, their maps, operating points, and interactions to predict engine behavior.
